General terms and conditions
House rules
- Acupuncture, cupping, herbs and other treatments of
the therapist are an addition to regular medicine
and no substitute for it. - In case of health complaints, the client must also contact the (general) doctor
consult. - The client and the therapist ensure a good
personal hygiene. - The treatment takes place in a separate room where
only the therapist and client are present. In case of any
presence of a third person (e.g.
intern or colleague), the therapist will be provided prior to the
request treatment permission from the client. - The treatment plan and method are provided prior to
the treatment process discussed. In case of objections to specific
actions the client must indicate this immediately. If the
client agrees, is there a
treatment agreement, oral or written. - The therapist reserves the right to waive
(full) treatment, for example in case of late payment,
a disrupted treatment relationship or other serious
circumstances. - When ordering goods, a purchase obligation applies
for all goods ordered. - Goods supplied by the therapist cannot be
returned or exchanged. - The therapist acts with great care. Bruises,
swelling or mild skin reactions cannot be complete
excluded. If this occurs, the therapist ensures
correct aftercare. This also falls under the deductible of the
client. - The therapist and client behave in accordance with general
standards of decency. In the event of offensive behavior, the therapist can
deny access to the property. - In case of emergencies, the client must provide instructions from the
to follow up with a therapist or competent authorities. - The therapist is not responsible for theft or damage
to properties in or around the property.
Herbal Therapy
- Chinese herbal therapy is complementary care and not
replacement of regular medical treatment. - Herbal formulas are formulated according to traditional
Chinese healing methods tailored to the individual situation. - The client is required to have relevant medical information,
medication use, pregnancy, allergies and changes in
to report health in a timely manner. - The therapist is not liable for consequences that arise
due to incomplete or incorrect information from the client. - The use of herbs is at the sole responsibility of
the client. - The therapist cannot be held responsible for
possible interactions between herbs and regular medications. Bee
doubt, it is recommended to discuss this with the doctor or
pharmacist.
Liability
- If parts of the agreement are made by third parties
fulfilled, the therapist is not liable for the actions
of these third parties. - The therapist is not liable for unexpected
side effects that could not be reasonably expected beforehand
assumed that these would occur. - Treatment results vary from person to person. There can be
no guarantee is given of a cure or a specific
result. - The client remains responsible at all times for
decisions about one's own health. - The therapist is not liable for damage that occurs
by not following advice or combining
treatments without consultation. - The therapist can recommend (herbal) supplements or
sales; responsibility for quality and safety lies
with manufacturer/importer.
Privacy (AVG)
- Personal and medical data are processed on the basis
of the treatment agreement and legal obligations. - Data is not kept longer than legally
allowed or necessary for good care. - Data is not stored or processed outside the
European Union. - The client has the right to view, correct and — insofar as
legally permitted — deletion of data. - The therapist ensures adequate security of
data. - In the event of a data breach, action is taken in accordance with the legal
reporting obligation.
Payment terms
- Appointments must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance
are canceled. - If you do not cancel in time or do not show up, the consultation can
be charged in full. - Payment takes place immediately afterwards by pin; invoices are
provided by email. - In case of non-payment within 14 days, the client is by operation of law
in absenteeism and treatment may be suspended. - A €10.00 administration fee may be charged for payment reminders
are counted. - Collection costs are fully borne by the client.
Package treatments
- Package treatments should be delivered within a maximum of 10 months
to be used after purchase. - Packages are personal and non-transferable.
- Unused treatments expire after the end of the
period of validity. - Packages are subject to the same cancellation policy as
for separate treatments. Packages are non-refundable. - Packages or parts thereof can only be used by the person who redeemed the package
Health insurance
- The therapist is a member of the Dutch Association
for Traditional Chinese Medicine Zhong
(registration number 1203810131393). - Compensation is usually covered by additional insurance. The
client is responsible for control and declaration.
Disciplinary regulations and complaints (Wkkgz)
- Complaints should preferably be addressed to the therapist first
discussed. - If necessary, the client can contact the
Zhong Complaints Committee:

- Nurture Your Nature acts in accordance with the Quality Act,
healthcare complaints and disputes (Wkkgz). - Incidents and complaints are carefully recorded and
evaluated.
General
- These terms apply to all
Nurture Your Nature (NYN) agreements. - Deviations are only valid if in writing
agreed. - If a situation has not been explicitly regulated, it will
assessed in the spirit of these terms and conditions. - Non-compliance by the therapist does not imply a waiver of
law. - If a provision is declared null and void, others remain
provisions in force.
Applicable law
- These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in
Amsterdam. - The most recent version always applies.
- The Dutch text is leading.
